A sobering and emotional address by Hon. Justice Michael Kirby at the plenary session of the MSMGF pre conference event today hosted at the fhi360 offices in DC. He flagged the vital importance of the need to utilise the Global Commission on HIV and the Law report and that it not just be put on shelf to collect dust - this is the challenge posed to all MSM and TG and MARP advocates to ensure that at a national level and through regional bodies the recommendations can be properly  addressed without which we will never make the necessary inroads into the epidemic to halt and reverse stigma and discrimination and the spread of HIV among our beloved communities
